Nothing better than Kimmeridge rum, ginger ale over ice on a summer's evening with great friends. Having found Fossil coast drinks through the Red bed and London Dry gins, we were intrigued when the new rum was released. So obviously had to try it! Kimmeridge is so smooth, with a subtle fruit balance. It has quickly become a firm favourite in our home. Buying from Fossil coast drinks is a great way to support a small family business, and enjoy some amazing drinks.

This was a return experience for us because the experience of the Three Tiers Rhubarb and Elderflower Gin over ice as an early evening appetitive Is both decadent and sumptuous.Almost extravagant in these straightened times but so worth it The licqueur is well crafted and unique in a crowded market . We came across it at Tobys Gardenfest where we listened at the stall to the passion these drinks are made, we took a chance and we are so glad we did. 4 bottles in we reckon we can recommend this to you, but please, leave some more for us!
