        I've used Cucumber Recruitment for a few years in 2 ways. 1: When I was a manager and needed to them to cover staffing shortages. The team at Cucumber ALWAYS came through and never disappointed. Carers are fully trained and reliable. 2: I am on the books for Cucumber, the team ALWAYS find me shifts when I'm available for work and pay excellent rates for shifts. I would highly recommend joining Cucumber Recruitment as a Carer/Nurse If you're a Manager of a Care Home Cucumber Recruitment should be on top of the list of contacts for Agency cover. You wont be disappointed.
