        I cannot thank the staff at Pets At Home enough! Ive been there many times and most of the staff are lovely. Recently Ive been having trouble getting my dog groomed. He is a rescue and gets very stressed and anxious. I have been to another groomer before and they told me he couldnt be groomed. Hes also scared of everything! Hes scared of the floor in Pets At Home so I have been taking him in to get used to it. Hannah helped him so much, giving him treats and comforting him. On the day of the groom I spoke to James over the phone and he encouraged me. James and the rest of The staff were ready when my dog got there, and made special arrangements for him. Hes back now from his first groom and he did so well thank you to the staff at PAH! I will definitely be back and would recommend their groom room to anyone with a nervous dog.

        Hugo goes for his nails clipped and recently had a full wash and groom. For a large breed he's quite a nervous dog but the staff handle him with care and put him at ease.

        Amazing staff! Love this place. we took our very anxious beagle here for a full cut and wash before Christmas and we will definitely be back. They looked after him so well, and didn't seem concerned about him being an anxious dog, in fact they made us-and him- feel so at ease.
