Avoid for small jobs - cowboys. Would not recommend. We had them round twice, and they didn't solve the issue with our roof. We have since had a different roofer round who bought up a multitude of issues, none of which were mentioned by renown when we asked them to take a look. They left a bunch of debris on our roof and in our gutters, not to mention how they said they were going to replace a slate but instead jammed a piece of lead underneath - complete bodge job. They seemed nice enough in person and the abundance of nice reviews convinced us to use them. After the initial call, it was pretty hard to get a response from them (waiting days or weeks for a text/call answer). I called them for a third time, hoping to get them back again to try again to fix the problem, but it went straight to voicemail. Despite multiple texts/calls, they never got back to me.
