Returned call same day and apologised for delay! So refreshing. He also provided a quote so I knew where I stood, and agreed a date and time. I also appreciated he rang on the date to apologise he was running late. So important to me, as many tradesman expect an older lady to be languishing at home. He charged what he quoted and didn't expect cash, which I no longer use, so online transfer. Ensured I'm to let him know if any problems with his work. Reliable and trustworthy.

Remano was fantastic, really kind & caring. came when he said he would worked very neatly and cleaned up afterwards, He even took the rubbish away. Very reasonable prices. would certainly recommend and will use for all my electrical problems in future. would give 10 or more stars if I could.
