Lets Learn School of Motoring

Just 24 hours ago I did something that I thought would never happen, not in my life time anyway! I passed my driving test at the age of 57 ? .A huge thank you to Jacqueline McCreavey ( Lets Learn School of Motoring), without her it would never have happened. I learned to drive in an autormatic car as I have tried before in a manual and could not handle the gears ?.I have always had a big fear of driving and especially turning right across traffic. I made a bet with my sister for New Year 2018, I would learn to drive, if she would take a fearless flying course. I passed my theory test in the March and started my lessons with Jacqui in the May. I turned right across traffic on my first lesson and with her guidance completed my first lesson. I was buzzing and could not wait for my next lesson. There have been ups and downs, but Jacqui has always been there, very understanding and full of encouragement. I could not have asked for a better instructor. I highly recommend her and if you are in any doubts just go for it, with Jacqui you wont look back. Oh and yes the fearless flying course has been done and so far so good. I will keep in touch with Jacqui and take a few lessons for motorway driving. I now have freedom, so watch out I will be out and about

Would highly recommend, made me feel comfortable from my first lesson and wouldnt have passed first time round without Phils support.

I had my lessons with Jacqui, She is a fantastic teacher. She has an amazing way of completely putting your mind at ease so that you're not even aware that you're having a lesson, she makes it feel like you're just having a drive and a friendly chat which makes the learning experience less stressful. Jacqui was great at giving me my lesson schedule way ahead of time and fitting around my work times and other commitments. The pricing was really reasonable and jacqui was really great with telling you exactly how many lessons you need when some instructors can keep you paying for lessons for months whether you need them or not. I would highly recommend Let's Learn SOM and cannot thank Jacqui enough for giving me the confidence and the skills to get on the road. Thank you all at Let's learn SOM. Xx

I passed my exam last November after I found Let's Learn SOM during an online search for a driving school that covered my postcode. My instructor Phil was quick to answer and was absolutely fantastic. I was a new driver with English as second language and he couldn't be more supportive and patient during my learning process. Phil was always honest during my driving lessons and made me to think about any mistakes and the reasons behind it. He thought me to drive as a conscious driver, not only to pass my exam. I can't recommend enough this school and Phil. Actually, a friend of mine changed her driving lessons with Phil after she didn't get along with her first teacher. I feel really lucky that I got Phil as teacher and I will be always grateful for his teaching and support. Currently, I am driving every day to work and I can't thank enough Phil and Let's Learn for making this possible.

I had my lessons with Phil. I passed first time with no faults, I put all of that down to Phil's teaching. He is a fantastic teacher. Any mistakes I made, we would discuss what I could differently, and then work on them either in that lesson or the next lesson. His friendly demeanour puts you at ease, making the learning experience easier. We continued to discuss my progression during the lessons, leading up to booking my practical test, making sure I was ready to take my test but also so I wasn't paying for lessons I didn't need. The start of every lesson he checked how I was feeling with the different aspects of driving, and if there was anything in particular I was wanting to work on. He seems very aware, that everybody learns in different ways and was more than happy to adapt his teaching style to match what was best for me. The pricing was reasonable and Phil was very amenable to lesson times, taking into account my busy work schedule. I would highly recommend Let's Learn and I can't recommend Phil enough as an instructor. Thank you Phil!
