The checkout assistant named CAROL has a bad attitude. I was in complete shock when I asked for something which resulted in her shaking her head and giving me attitude. I only asked for a carrier bag as I was walking and would have been unable to carry all my shopping..... All the other staff seem friendly but this woman really needs to sort her attitude out. It's really put me off returning!
