Williams Manchester BMW

Terrible service. Booked my BMW for MOT and Service. Requested courtesy car and booked appointment 4 weeks in advance to ensure I get a courtesy car. Turned up on the morning, no courtesy car booked. Cant provide me a car, unwilling to give me a demonstrator, unable to give me a lift home. Offered no solutions only problems. Will not use again. Really poor customer service from the Service Department

Service appalling, they couldn't even spell my surname correctly on the service card or write the correct date, however one of the mechanics fixed and reset my idrive. I believe Williams Rochdale is a better choice. Quality over quantity.

I recently visited Williams BMW Manchester. The showroom is extremely nice and the staff on reception are very welcoming and helpful, the rep was good, only down side is there used cars are really over priced compared to others you can find from other BMW suppliers. We did show 6 identical cars to what they have and they were all 3-4k lower in price

Could not be happier at the way we were treated by Williams, our salesman Paul Foster was great, went above and beyond to find the car we wanted, nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience from first going to picking the car up was a pleasure and so easy. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, having bought a lot of cars of various makes this experience is up there as one of the best. Williams have a great set up and are a credit to the BMW brand. Thank you again to Paul for making it so easy and a pleasurable experience.
