        Just like so many, I have been totally let down by Jaguar Williams Manchester, zero communication from service advisors, OMG try and get through on the phone ! I have wasted a lot of time and even more money at this place, I deeply regret ever buying a Jaguar, it shouldnt be like this.

        Id avoid this dealership for any form of repair or work. They undertook an MOT on my Jaguar in late 2022. An advisory relating to the tyre was issued. I asked them to replace the tyre which they supposedly did, two third parties have confirmed that in their view the tyre fitted was not new despite the 200 charge.
