        Please remind drivers how to use a motorway. Cruised in 2nd/4 fastest lane for 20 miles only to go to slowest lane and turn off. Whattheheck. Wasn't heavy traffic but totally bottlenecked the flow due to his lower speed. Totally baffling. This behaviour is an offence now too.
