We recently visited Natuzzi Trafford Centre, and I have to say, we were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to assist us. We had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with the store manager Jacob who gave us some great advice on colour matching and design. We will simply buy again from Natuzzi because of him. I've referred him to my friends. The store itself was beautifully designed and laid out, with a wide variety of furniture styles and options to choose from. One thing that really stood out to us was the quality of the furniture on offer. Everything we looked at was well-made and crafted from high-quality materials. We highly recommend Natuzzi. Outstanding customer service and a quality product too. Jacob the store manager took time to make sure all our requirements were met. I would highly recommend this store.

Staff are extremely rude. The whole atmosphere was uninviting and off putting. Definitely will not be returning to this store after extremely poor customer service experience
