Not enough staff to operate all areas so waiting times to be served very long. Will stick to Selfridges in central Manchester in future.

Amazing service from James when visiting the Trafford Centre. He helped me choose my wedding fragrance, I highly recommend to ask for him and the personalised boxes are an extra special touch, thank you again!
