Very frustrated with the experience over the last few months. As a gym goer, there were many times I was not able to work out properly. The gym floor is super busy even at "quiet times". Additionally, over the last few months there have been sport teams training in the gym space, taking up most equipment, making it impossible and very uncomfortable to work out. Additionally, machines are regularly broken and it usually takes quite some time for them to be fixed, so the issues with overcrowding are expounded even further. We wanted to discuss issues and possible cancellation, however, instead we received an email that nobody could reach us (we received no phone calls or any other correspondence), and that the membership is canceled and will be billed for in another 3.5 months. We were considering leaving due to being unable to actually use what we have paid for (paying for a product that is not "delivered"), not for any other random reason, so, going through with the 3 months policy without even talking to the customer is ridiculous. Very disappointing.
