Not only was Ebony helpful, full of personality and sparkle she was exceptionally good at up-selling (as I bought the clutch bag to match my Seawalks). We then learnt she had only worked for R&B for two weeks - WOW!! Incredible.
I did thank her (lots) when we left but only right to say Thank you again.
R&B she is a true asset to the team at the Trafford Centre. Keep being awesome!! xx
