Excellent customer service from Lee (manager) Chelsea Assistant manager and Sammi. I had issues with another store due to a diamond falling out of my engagement ring on three occasions. When we took to the other store they were unhelpful and just sent it off. They then said we had to pay to replace the diamond which we did 3 x. It happened again within 7months of being fixed. I hardly wore the ring due to fear of this. I had been extremely carful with it. I felt I shouldnt have to keep paying as clearly there was something wrong with it. I was very upset as all the original store I visited said was this happens with rings over time. It happened within 5 years and I felt given the cost this wasnt right. We went to Trafford centre and I spoke to Chelsea who said bring the ring in and we will see what we can do. I came in the next day and with no issues at all Lee, Chelsea and Sammi sorted it. I now have a completely new engagement ring and wedding band (same one but new) which is exactly what o wanted as Id never want a different ring as my husband had picked this set out for me. The staff were so helpful, kind and understood exactly why I was so upset by the situation as I hadnt wore my wedding rings for months at this point. Without knowing it these three people have made a me so happy. I had lost my brother suddenly in the previous month before. Everything had felt so awful and there hadnt been much to smile about. This gesture and the way they dealt with it put a huge smile on my face when things had been pretty dark. I cant thank them enough for that.
