Unprofessional staff The company gave couple of kids stickers and call them managers which is a real insult to the retail managers who work so hard for the company they work for and the customers whom they serve. I bought a 2 pieces tracksuit ON THE 25/01/2023, the item was faulty as the waist was so big and inside leg small so i took it back on the 02/02/2023 at 19hrs and they refuse to refund me as they said it is a company policy and they accusing me of lying although the one who call herself manager did not check the product and she offered me to exchange it with another faulty product. The policy on the company website stating " if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply e mail us and we shall give you a return number and address to return the item to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund". so obviously she didn't even read her own company policy because she was probably busy on her mobile and call herself a manager. I sent an email to the company to investigate this further.
