I got a bodysuit a month ago, its really nice, loved it a lot. Just washed it before my first time wearing it and then this happened it really disappointed me

Myself and my Fianc visited the Trafford Centre Store recently and was greeted with true professionalism from all staff we encountered. Nothing was too much trouble and all our questions were answered expertly about the products we was interested in purchasing. The knowledge that the staff had was superb and we ended buying more than we was looking for.

Cannot fault the staff. Prices were great, especially as there was a sale on.

I've had very low self confidence my whole life, but the lingerie here is slowly helpful me feel better about myself. There are SO many sets and pieces I'm always spoilt for choice whenever I visit, and have just the right size for me. I've never felt sexy before until I braved coming into Stockport's branch and chose something, and for once I can look at myself in the mirror without cringing. Thank you Ann Summers and all its lovely staff :)

After buying a faulty product they are unwilling to replace or refund as its up to me to contact the manufacturer that is against the trade descriptions act as my contract is with them
