Absolutely shocking service. Took my late Mums watch in for repair told it would be about 8 weeks. I was happy with that because the watch is very precious and irreplaceable and thought it will be done right. After he took it off me he told me it would be sent away, I thought they repaired on site! I kept phoning and phoning he said another month. I got fed up and called him to say I wanted the watch back he then informs me they have been taken over by Timpsons and he didnt know where my watch was. I was furious especially when he told me it was nearly in liquidation before the takeover. I had to tweet Timpsons before I found out they had found my watch. I have got my watch back after 6months and it hasnt been touched I am livid and disappointed

Took my watch for a new battery and on inspection he informed me that the watch requires 2 batteries and the cost would be 19. He informed me that it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I returned to collect it he said that he could not get the screws out of the back plate and it would cost around 70-80 to send it away on closer inspection I noticed that he had rounded off the 2 of the screw heads

Professional, service-driven and fast. We spontaneously passed by to find out why my boyfriends watch keeps slowing down. Within 15 minutes we had a diagnosis. Great little shop.
