        Shop floor is always in disarray. There are always huge queues, in particular for refunds, but also to purchase items. Few visible staff. Even fewer who are willing or able to suppirt shoppers. The items within the store appear to very the worst of stock that Zara offer. The store isnt pleasant to visit. A complete waste of time. A bit like The Trafford Centre.
