Can't thank Caitlin and the guys at the workshop enough. A ring that was my Grandmothers' and therefore almost 100 years old was in need of repair. Caitlin was very friendly and helpful, she even rang me to say that the ring was back but that there was a further improvement that could be made to my precious ring at no extra cost. Nothing was to much trouble. Would definitely recommend Caitlin and the guys there to anyone. Thank you all!!

Great customer service, got my deposit back after changing my mind to go ahead with the resizing of my engagement ring due to natural and inevitable risks that may of occurred, of which I was fully made aware off if I were to decide to proceed. I wasn't pressured into making any decision just for payment and business. I was given ample time to think things through and discuss with my twin flame. Loved the integrity and they could have kept deposit yet I was refunded which meant a lot to me as I was also about to be married. I would fully recommend with no hesitation and thank you so much for your excellent service.
