Customer service in my eyes is paramount, and the staff here are as in the Store's name Golden, Brian is an absolute star couldn't of done anymore to help, he was fantastic, whilst at the store met a few of the other team members there and had a real good laugh, this was the 3rd Jewellers we tried at the Centre and by far these are the best in the Block, we will be back. Bought an expensive watch for my partners birthday. After a week of opening, the watch stopped working so I turned up to the store to be told it needs to be sent away for 8 weeks and that I would be updated in 48 hours. I received no communication within this timescale so I contacted the store for an update and felt unsupported as I had to call on 3 separate occasions to be told the manager would contact me back but this was not the case. Seems to be no communication between the staff. Extremely poor customer service. Very disappointed. Will take further.

My previous review seems to have vanished. It was once a decent shop before all the pretend waitlists etc. I purchased all but 1 of my Rolex's when they were readily available. I can't imagine the underwhelming feeling people must have finally receiving their Submariner after months/years of waiting lol. I was always treated well as you would expect spending thousands so no complaints with any staff members. Andy is a decent fella. I think my last purchase was a 1ct diamond ring which I found out not to be the best quality when I took it to a Jewellers to be cleaned. My advice would to just pay the extra if you really want a certain watch, Watches by timepiece always have a good selection. You can also walk into Omega and walk out with a watch of equal quality to Rolex without the BS.
