Full of condensing platitudes, such as, 'life too short for regrets'. Full mark for grossly insulting cutting comments. Extra nastiness training provided by Next HR no doubt.

        Staff are ignorant and sent my order to the wrong address as she was to busy chating to her colleague and not very helpful no staff on shop floor to help customers will not be visiting this out let again come on next where was the help and great service sort your staff out
