    Excellent customer service. Very helpful, was really speedy at fixing my phone for me, as was told it could take upto 5/7days and it only took 1. Only downfall was not being able to leave my phone the day I went in, I had to book an appointment for a week later to drop it off.

    Purchased an accessory from this store which developed a fault. First followed online resolution but advised that store purchases have to be dealt with by the store, not online. Store assistant didn't know what to do so sought advice which was for me to contact the online repair service. Spent over 30 minutes on hold, calling on my own phone, sitting in the store, without any success. I'm frustration I hung up and asked for the manager who attempted to give me a lecture on battery characteristics which had nothing to do with the actual fault. The manager was adamant that the fault didn't exist, even when shown the newsgroup thread on Samsung's own help site. Eventually offered to replace the defective item, stating that if it occurred again it couldn't be a product fault. This felt more to get me out of the store than to honour any consumer rights that they were attempting to deny me. I'm future, if I buy from Samsung, it will be online, not through their physical stores.

    Called in without appointment, spoke to Shaun regarding alerts popping up nonstop on my phone. He was SO pleasant & helpful, great advert for Samsung. Unfortunately, Shaun hadn't waved his magic wand, so called in again about 10days later, spoke to Andy, who DID wave his magic wand- very happy!! This is the reason I ALWAYS buy Samsung, always ready to help- Thankyou
