        I absolutely adore Khiels, but please bring back the two ladies who used to work in the trafford center consession in selfridges when it was a lot bigger (the concession now is tiny)! I'm a regular shopper at Khiels and the new guy who works there (Tall with blonde-ish hair) is just completely arrogant and rude. Usually on my days off I dress quite casually and the way he spoke to me was like dirt, the ladies who used to work there were always kind and helpful no matter how I dressed! Bear in mind I spend a large fortune on your products every single month and persuaded all of my friends and family to buy from yourselves because your products are amazing! To be spoken/treated to how I was was absolutely disgusting. Please bring them back, I've not been back since because of him and it just completely ruins the experience. Or at least give him a few lessons in manners! I will be going to Aesop in future. Better quality and staff are much nicer!!
