Staff are really friendly and helpful. From my phone call to check if they had a product through to our purchase later that evening they were so friendly and couldnt do more to help. Recommend this store and will definitely be back to buy more in the future.

Had a great experience with this shop last night 25/11/22. We rang about gas attachement for ooni - they managed to keep it aside for us. They also had a brand new Ooni oven that was unfortunately an open box item. The manager (Ani?) was very patient and helpful with us. She checked the box with us & condition. She even wiped off some finger prints of it to make sure it was great condition. We have been given a lovely Black Friday discount & they even kept it to one side for us for an hour while we had a bite. We are so pleased with this high level of customer service. Weve had some bad Black Friday experiences in other shops. This experience has been exceptional. Thank you for all your help, we will definitely recommend the brand and shop with you again.

The lady who helped me yesterday was just lovely. They didnt have the product I wanted in store (for an impatient me who wants it right now! :-) ) she ordered it quickly, efficiently and with a smile. Ive just had an email to say its on its way. Cant ask for more than that. Great job, thank you.
