Nice selection of things but staff were unhelpful. Asked to be shown how a side cot (which comes with a travel bag) could be folded down for travel, as we were considering purchasing it. We were then told by another member of staff, "we don't demonstrate that in store because it takes too long/it's more complicated than it looks". By contrast, staff at John Lewis couldn't do enough for us. The lady we dealt with also told us that they've had numerous customers come in telling them Mamas & Papas were rubbish. Says it all really...

Just wanted to thank Steph W at the Trafford center store for all her help! She was absolutely amazing and really went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and talked us though all our options for a new pram. She made sure it suit both mummys needs for looks and babys need for comfort. She really is an assist to your company and offered amazing old fashioned customer service.
