We waited for ages to be come and spoken too. We waited to be seated for about 5 minutes and everyone just walked past us and didnt speak to us at all. We left and went somewhere else. Maybe speak to customers and tell them how long the wait is would be a good idea!

Was really hoping for tasty Italian food but my food was cold and flavourless. The minimal sauce was nothing more than what tasted like watery tinned tomatoes and the pasta did not taste fresh. The only saving grace was the strawberry & basil drink. Luckily we were only there for convenience whilst visiting the Trafford, if you are heading there for a special occasion don't bother as customer service is practically non existent. We were only asked how our food was at the end and couldn't catch a waiter to send it back. Overall very overpriced for the portions you receive and the quality of the food was mediocre. Treated like just another number in there by staff.
