Portions and potatoes beyond small. 7.95 for a jacket and Diet Coke. Literally one grating of cheese: no mayo available either. Would never buy from here again. Staff also need upskilling in friendliness

Ive not visited the Trafford Centre for a while and was looking forward to having my favourite jacket potato with cottage cheese from Spud-U-Like and was delighted to see that it was now a James Martin food outlet. I was so disappointed. The jacket potato was small with two measly scoops of cottage cheese which was not worth the cost. So they have lost me as a customer and also James, please remind your staff that a smile is free and goes a long way with customers.

One word to describe SpudULike and that's simply unique, the jacket itself was fluffy and flavourful and the toppings could not be faulted (coleslaw, beans and cheese), although everything was of a high standard the selection felt very limited when I questioned staff about this they stated this is the selection they get provided and do not have any answers to why it is not more diverse, 8 - 9 for a meal deal I find to be exceptional with it being in Trafford Centre where food can be overall priced. Please diversy options can't have a Spud without Tuna, I understand some individuals can not have this but it's nice to have it as an option. 4/5 for SpudULike! And I definitely did like.

Portion sizes are just insanely small. Lived in USA and went to "Hot Potato" it was 5 dollars for a huge jacket potato with loads of fillings. They are very mean with the portions and a tiny salad. It should be 4 pounds for the amount they give you
