        Went to get a thread and tint, paid to be told we only having someone into do wax today. I had already paid and thought I'm only having a tidy up. Oh I was far from wrong, she took half my bleeding eye brow off. Stay away avoid at all cost. Because I've had wax to remove hairs my brows are going to take forever to grow.

        What can I say, called into Super Drug at Trafford centre 13-4-23 about 6-30pm to find a foundation match as mine had been discontinued! It was a mine field, then I asked a young lady called Chloe a question OMG she was amazing. Honestly she showed so much empathy and cared so much that I would find something to match she was truly fantastic! She did it! she found the one, it was LOreal True Match Which Im wearing today, Love it! If it hadnt been for Chloe I would have never looked at this, I just want to say Fantastic Customer Service definitely at its very best Thank you Chloe

        Lots of staff about but only one on checkout who was doing a return ,none of the other staff seemed to realise that it might be better to serve the queue of customers rather than keeping them stood around waiting.
