Their Sublistar DTF Machines are absolute rubbish, as is their service. On installation, drying unit blew all the fuses in our estate. When eventually repaired, it was turned on and blew the motherboard. Then they supplied the wrong inks...... and on and on it went.... NIGHTMARE

So HAPPY to have found this organisation, We recently moved forward from our short-lived Tajima embroidery machine experience to in my opinion the best commercial embroidery machines in the industry both from a software and hardware perspective, Happy Japan from Midwest Machines. I had the chance over a period of 3 months to do what I should have done 2 years ago and speak to a lot of people in the industry that have done the same as us and moved away from other brands to Happy Japan. Dean and the Midwest team spent time with us, and they are so confident in the product that they gave us a lengthy trial of multiple machines to make sure we were 100% confident in the purchase of the new machines. We also tried Barudan and had 2 single heads from Tajima for 2 years so we were already aware of the the machines and service from Tajima in the UK, the only saving grace is that we didn't get any deeper vested with more machines making it trickier and costly to move away. It is for that reason that we can say that these are the best machines on the market and we purchased 3 of the high speed single heads (Happy Japan HCU) without hesitation. Dean was kind enough to give us a generous part exchange for our existing machines given that the best offer we had previously we less than 50% of the value wed paid just 18 months earlier, despite being assured by the sale rep that they held value well. We managed to fulfil 4000 orders, approx. 6000 units in the busy six-week Christmas period, something we couldnt have done with the previous machines. The biggest difference comes down the interface. It is better in every way that than of the Tajima and gives an ability to queue designs, something that we estimate almost doubled the productivity of our production team. Id urge anyone looking to purchase commercial embroidery machines to give Midwest a call, you wont regret it!
