My last two prescriptions have taken over a fortnight to process and when I call up I get told it all has to be done via ask my gp or a text link. The last two times I have used the correct channels and waited over a week to then call up and to be met by the same rude response when explaining they usually lie and tell me oh its not on the system or the doctors forgotten to send it Ill sort it now and it will be ready by the end of the day another lie. Ive never had an issue before but this year hasnt been the best, Ive had to take time of work for your mistakes due to illnesses and not having the correct medication. I hope things change

Very difficult to get through to reception. Ask My GP closes at 9 after opening at 8 am. This means you only have 1 hour each day to get what you need. No appointments available out of working hours what so ever. Typical NHS service

They won't get back to you regarding inquiries and getting appointments is impossible. Very bad in all aspects.
