The service and staff here are terrible, I can't begin to explain how terrible they are. We were waiting for front of house staff to come and seat us for 15 minutes, when they came they said they had no tables available for just 2, they had 2 Booth's of 4 on the right and on the left 6 tables of 2 and 4 Booth's of 4 empty. When I questioned this they said we aren't using that side unless we have to, if we don't seat you in the next 10 minutes we might open it. There were 7 staff on from what we could see, they have a total of 8 botths of 4 seats and 12 tables of 2 but had half of it closed and want people to wait. Reading the negative reviews on here I can see exactly where they are coming from and we decided to eat elsewhere. Who ever own this place needs to change all the staff from management down, it's full of rotten apples leaving any of them behind will just cause the rot to continue spreading. We may try another branch but this one has lost a customer tonight and I will tell as many people as I can to avoid, the services was at such a low standard I dread to think what it would have been like if we decided to wait to be seated on one of the vast amount of empty seats.

Tried this place for the first time and was served by a young lady named Najma in Trafford Center. She was very kind, polite and attentive. Cannot fault her customer service.
