Disorganised and pretty ignorant. Waited in a queue got to the front and staff immediately served someone else. I don't mind waiting but it's irritating waiting and being ignored

Just had a lovely shopping experience this morning in the Trafford centre stone. Bought a machine for 49, as a gift. The gentleman explained everything to me and how to amend details for the person receiving the gift. Thanks

Went in to recycle 2 huge bags of pods at the new store in the Trafford Centre. Staff were very unhelpful and completely ignored me. I wanted to buy another 200 pods but got zero service. There were at least 3 staff members wandering around having a natter instead of helping customers. There were 3 customers who hadn't been seen to or even greeted while another 2 customers were being served by 2 members of staff. The upstairs section is newly opened, I went up to take a look at what was up there, which was just the same machine in various colours. Again, no members of staff asked if they could be of assistance. I must say I was very disappointed as I've noticed the demise in customer service at Nespresso Manchester over the past few years. I've purchased 4 nespresso machines over the years, most as gifts, I buy 100s of sleeves of pods at a time, but it's definitely better to purchase your pods online
