        Coming here to fetch our new Tesla was a MUCH, MUCH nicer experience than a month ago when we went to Bluewater Collection Centre, which was horrible. The staff were pleasant and helpful, there were toilets, the whole place (even though outside) was much, much more appealing.

        Expect a bit of a wait as they process all the people that turn up. Once through it was quick... Under 5 mins to get the key and get your car. Staff were pleasant and helpful
