very delicious, way better than any bubble tea Ive tasted in leeds. il travel back to manny for this bubble tea Alhamdulilah!

Staff has refused to serve my 11 years old daughter even she reached 3 minutes before closing time. I showed them the time and requested multiple time but they came out to kick her out from the queue and to fight with me, Unbelievable! I have never seen such a rude and unprofessional staff before. This is second time we experienced discrimination, here! We tried this place before, The drinks quality were also not good comparing cost and service. I think staff are poorly treated and trained; that could be the side effects of that. Let's see what the owners says now? A tip for improvement: In services industry supporting the customers out of the way is very much appreciated and good for the business; intelligent business persons or enthusiastic sale staff shouldn't miss the opportunity to show extra or additional customer care/support for earning excellent feedback and ratings.
