        Loved my visit to Lush! I was served by the lovely Simone. Honestly, she was such a help and was patient and very helpful. I was choosing which body spray to buy and Simome directed me to more in the shop and made me feel at ease sampling them. There was no hard sales pitch, just take your time and told me which were floral or sweet smelling. (Can't wait for Snow fairy to be back!) I was left to chose (which was fab as I didnt feel under pressure then) I picked Avocado co wash. Then I went to find Simone again to help me pick a gift for my friends birthday. I knew I wanted shower products and I was shown and advised on the products. I also bought an "after" rub bar. Simone is a credit to Lush, thank you for helping me and being friendly, smily and making me feel a valued customer. Love Lush products, they smell amazing and look very pretty too!

        We Visited lush at the Trafford centre today, met a wonderful sale assistant called Ruth. She was amazing, fantastic product knowledge customer care was great, I can not praise her enough. For everything she did for us. But the most important thing for me was to see my little girl leave the shops with a massive smile on the face because Ruth had the time to spend with her and go through the products. A very big thank you s&c
