        I have been for eyebrow waxing here multiple times and never had a problem until today. I scheduled an appointment via their online booking system for today at 17:20. I arrive promptly and the lady asked how could she help. I advised I had an appointment and she said I dont have anyone booked in and she asked if it was definitely Trafford Id booked for. I said yes and showed her the email confirmation, she then proceeded to say well you are not on our system so I cant see you to say I am annoyed is an understatement, it took me 1 hour to get there to then be told she cannot do anything because of an error on there end is shocking. She was extremely rude and did not offer any type of solution, even after me asking if she can squeeze ne in due to an event tomorrow. But no, point blank no. I will not be using their services again, and nobody else should either. Service: Eyebrow shaping
