Trafford Treetop Adventures

Id like to commend Rachel at your Trafford Treetops adventure venue. Great customer service, very friendly and a big thank you to her. Our girls had a great time.

Had a great time here. Went round with the 3 kids (6, 9 & 11) who all enjoyed. The middle child zipped round the small course where the youngest was a bit more tentative and a bit scared, but made it round. The big course was obviously higher up so little one didn't do that, but it is certainly fun. More obstacles on that track and some can be a bit tricky, but always safe! Sophie (I think that was her name, sorry if it's not) was great when doing the safety demonstration, talking us through how it all works and the risk assessment talk, keeping everything informative as needed, but also engaging for the children. Would go again if back in the area.

Rachel and Shaun were great today when I visited with my son Caleb.. he got abit scared on the zip line and Rachel reassured him and secured an extra rope to my son to help guide him down.. we didn't complete the course as my son said it's cool just not for him as he was scared once he got up. Overall great experience for our first time and will definitely return again. ( With my daughter )
