First of all: Everyone is very nice at this shop. We got a short notice appointment during our caravan trip and even got a car for the day to do stuff. We had a break that was stuck slightly and got too hot. If 54 for greasing up a single bolt is justified everyone can decide for themselves. The mechanic seemed pretty sure that was the solution to the problem. BUT they literally forgot to tighten the lugs of the tire before sending us off. Luckily we immediately noticed the a strange noise and drove back. The lugs were only hand tighten. The mechanic was apologetic and everyone makes mistakes but for overseeing such a basic and safety relevant thing I sadly can't give more stars. Also: The break is still squeaking and gets too hot, so it was all for nothing.

We were on holiday and the car broke. P Culver Motors guys were super helpful in identifying the problem and helping us fix it. They also gave us cake and tea while we waited! Thanks!
