        Excellent! Ordered an oak window board on Thursday and it was with me the following Tuesday. Packaged very well, in fact the packaging was so good that some other bigger name oak timber and door suppliers should be ashamed. The edges were protected with a thin strip of hardboard or the like, well wrapped in corrugated cardboard and again wrapped in clingfilm with both ends/corners well protected. Very happy with the quality of oak and that the length could be purchased in 0.3m increments.

        We contacted Essential Woodwork as we needed a non-standard size window sill. They were quick to respond, and very helpful with our requests. The delivery was quick and properly packaged which meant it arrived in pristine condition (rare these days). We couldnt have been more pleased with the sill, it's a beautiful flawless piece of oak (over 3m long!) and expertly finished. Excellent service from Justin and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.
