    A year or so ago I purchased an engine guard for my Africa Twin. When Honda fitted it, they had issues with the fitting. Furthermore it corroded with the road salt even thou it supposed to have been coated. They exchanged the item. I had to pay to have it changed and was informed that they exchange it once. Made several complaints to Givi UK and it was like talking to a brick wall. They said it they will get back to me after contacting Givi Italy. I never since had any response. I am now getting a new Africa Twin and def will not put this item on my bike this time. Poor quality and Givi UK bad customer service.

    Over the years I have bought numerous products including luggage, racks, pannier rails and screens and have always been pleased with the quality and fit. However I recently checked with Givi that a screen was the right one for my bike and on their say so ordered it, it turned out not to be the case, but because I had to fit it to find out they refused to refund me. It just proves that the real test of an individual or company is how they deal with problems, Givi washed their hands of any responsibility and left me out of pocket by 105. If you need to check anything in future get it in writing - shame on you Givi

    On my motorcycle I have Givi screen, rack, top box and satnav holder. The screen, rack and top box are excellent, the satnav holder is so so and overpriced. Recently I contacted Givi via email as had lost a spacer, bolt and washer for the rack and some rubber plugs for the top box. I didn't know the part details (website is not great) so I sent photos as it's easier than trying to explain. The responses were a little delayed but the service was very good. They identified all the parts, gave options for replacements, and after I confirmed my order despatched them without delay.
