Following the survey being completed I had a detailed report within 3 days which has really helped in the process of purchasing the house.
Jai was more than happy to go through the report over the phone and was always available to take any calls. I can Highly recommend using him for any services. Thank you.

Jai from energy perform has been outstanding from start to finish. He was very efficient over the phone, had the time to explain the process and didnt make us feel rushed when we was asking silly questions. He was able to provide us with a sample report, he was able to sort the estate agent side of things out too, booking the survey in quickly.
It took him a matter of days to get the report back and it was extremely detailed and helpful. We was able to identify a number of issues with the property, Meaning we was able to highlight to our solicitors.
We will contact Jai again when we purchase our next property.
