I have recently had an issue regarding the installation from one year ago that has since cost 273 to put right by another company. I have been unable to contact Renewable Tech for compensation. Not good.

Amazing customer service, faultless install What can I say? From beginning to end, the whole process with RT was effortless. Joe was informed and not at all pushy on sales. Sandy (throughout) made me feel totally cared for and was very efficient and charming handling all the usual complex install issues that come up. James, Shane and Olli were AMAZING installers - super quick, really flexible, and ever so polite and tidy! Even some of the curve balls I threw at them - putting the heat pump up on a balcony rather than ground level, getting them to replace the consumer unit, getting rid of the heaviest EVER oil-guzzling range - didn't phase them at all. All neatly dealt with in super quick time. Even when it came to a post install issue (hot water pressure) that was NOTHING to do with them (existing tap plumbed in the wrong way/blocked trap), James/Shane came MILES to sort it personally and without additional expense. I am SO, so grateful guys! Buying/installing something like this is a huge thing and - RHI aside - considerable expense. I was nervous it might all go horribly wrong, but every step of the way I was made to feel confident and cared for. Brilliant job guys!
