    Treating employees like use and abuse, I worked for the company over a year, worked hard always send me far sites even when they had local sites available. I asked for local site always excuse no position available. People sitting in control room always play around with Rota without even asking/completely useless people. Never ever get help from Directors which control everything never reply to emails and phone calls/ unless they need you for covering site.

    I started working for this company as part time officer, but after one month they moved me into a full time officer position, which I was happy with it. I continued to do full time shifts until the coronavirus locked down began in March, then stopped offering me a shift and refused to put me into government scheme which other staff were getting, even though I worked for them period enough to be illegible. They then decided to change my contract to use me as a relief guard, only when one their long term officers need a day off. They refused pay me my holidays which is illegal. I tried so many times asking for my holiday for the period I worked for them but they keep telling me indirectly, I'm not illegible for any holiday pay. Avoid this company and many other Small security companies as you won't have any rights like holiday.

    Very bad Management's no respect for staff anytime need help they don't care don't answer call no email reply. Long hours on poor sites condition where no heating/ no electricity stuck in freezing place whole day. If you complain they make excuses no help whatsoever. Really bad
