        Called today to help deal with blocked drain after drain rod snapped. Call was answered immediately and engineer was with me a few hours later. Office manager kept me up to date with the process and costs for 1 hour was under half of just a call out fee of another company. Engineer was professional and down to earth, sorting out my problem giving me extra advice. Fantastic service, would recommend to anyone in northants, and much cheaper than i was expecting.
