        Today my daughter and I went to the shop. The manager Jake has been so welcoming and helpful the last few times weve been in. Last time he built a good rapport with my daughter, to the extent we were able to get good passport photo. Today he went above and beyond, helping when we had a potty training emergency! Although not related to purchasing anything, it said a lot about the customer service and I was so grateful. Thanks Jake!
