        Had an awful experience! My long haired dog went in and came out completely short with her facial features all hacked and ruined. Really bad cut and not at all for her breed, showing very little experience from the groomer.i had told them she was to stay long haired. I will not return and my poor dog will take months to look anywhere near herself again. Sharing this so others aware to be specific and clear with requests.
