As a middle distance athlete competing over in the United States, I found this very necessary and key to my top performances in order to keep on top of my nutrition. PGC1 (Josh), has had a massive effect on my health, he has also catered to my diet very specifically, as I have used him both when I was a vegetarian and meat eater.
For this reason alone, I would recommend PGC1 to anyone who wants to know more about their nutrition to help them benefit their performances. His professionalism and attentiveness is something to uphold.

From the get-go, Josh was very approachable and tailored my plan around recovery at first and built it up slowly to allow me to complete my two events. Communication was always top quality and he was there to answer any questions I had around nutrition, recovery, equipment or general running queries. I always found Josh to be a very supportive and knowledgeable coach.
I would highly recommend using him for anyone looking at improving their running or attempting a new PB. Thanks Josh!

Josh also offers consistent 1-1 communication whether that is over whats app, phone call or meetings in his office where the finest coffee is always on the brew.
Whilst training under PGC1 you also gain access to running your sessions in a group that josh has created, these sessions can consist of tempo work around some rolling mile loops, faster reps on the grass and now starting to get the group on the track. Josh also organises long runs within the PGC1 group chats which can sometimes bring some big packs together to get the miles in.
If you are looking to improve your running, whether you run 15 mins or 30 mins for 5k, then Josh can help you achieve goals that you didn't think were achievable before. Top bloke.

So within 3 days of initial contact I had an in depth programme for my first week of training. Naturally, I had lots of questions. Josh was (and has always been) on hand to answer all my questions.
I started with PGC1 on the 11th of June. My goal was to run sub 90minutes for a half marathon by the end of the year. In 11 weeks I managed to smash that target and PR every single distance from 1mile to 10mile along the way.
Not only the fantastic coaching and advice available the community aspect of PGC1 is awesome. Members of the team gave up their Sunday to come and support on my half marathon race - it was incredible. Definitely the best decision I made with regards to running.
