Dawn has been my Personal Trainer for 2 years, I couldnt be happier with my results and experience. My goals were to lose weight and tone, however it has also allowed me to keep mentally strong (during this difficult COVID time) and keep myself focused on my wellbeing and fitness. Dawns PT sessions are always different combining weight and resistance training, she also helps with all aspects of nutrition advising good ways to eat with the realism of general day to day life in mind. I can honestly say I have achieved my goals and more, Im 100% stronger in body and mind, I have lost inches as well as weight. I will continue to work on my original goals with Dawn and Im in no doubt she will help me reach these. Thanks Dawn
