Putting it as simply as possible Meg knows her stuff. Its as easy as that. You can spend ages scrolling online for PTs or whatever, looking for people that charge ridiculous money for a bog standard programme. Or you can go to Meg who listens to what you want, delivers what you want, gets you your results and doesnt rip you off in the process. I came to Meg wanting to bulk and hit gains on my three main compound lifts, in 12 weeks she helped me put on 14kgs in weight (healthily may I add) and I hit 62kgs total of pbs on my three lifts combined. Worth every penny and I shall be going to Meg continuously throughout the future to help achieve my fitness goals. Fantastic support, exciting and tasty food plans, and enjoyable workouts to match

Meg is my first ever PT and I wouldnt want to go to anyone else! Meg is super friendly and makes you feel instantly at ease. We do a mixture of cardio and weighted exercises that are personal to my own fitness goals. Meg knows exactly which exercises will challenge you, and knows when to push you to be the best! After each session, I feel so much better for itand we do have fun along the way! I started off doing Megs 28 day shred programme at the beginning of this year. This really motivated me to keep up with my fitness. I therefore decided to continue and have Meg as my PT. I am so pleased that I did I would recommend Meg to anyone who wants to start or continue their fitness journey!

Meg is the absolute best as what she does! Ive had a few personal trainers over the last few years but have never really jelled with any of them so have given up after a few weeks but I actually look forward to my sessions with Meg! She makes you feel so comfortable and confident all while having a giggle along the way. She has given me such a confidence boost in myself and is the ray of sunshine I need when working out! Her sessions are well planned out and my god do you feel it the next day! Ive been doing one session a week since the start of the year and the changes in my body are incredible, I look forward to my session every week! I recommend Meg to everyone I know and will continue to do so!
